Basic floor plan to be recreated from hand drawing

I urgently need a basic floor plan (Which I have hand drawn) To be recreated digitally.

Background:

I am having work done on a commercial unit inside a shopping centre and they require a professional looking drawing with doors etc showing.
I have attached below in the project my drawings plus a drawing sent to me by management as to give indication of the type of drawing that they require.
Please start your proposal with the word 'Lemon' so I know you've read the above.

Please note I require both drawings recreated fairly quickly ( Within 24 hrs if possible).
