Band logo/artwork

We are a new band, we already have a simple logo and idea in place to be extended upon (see attached), however we lack the skills necessary to produce a professional looking logo, which we feel it would be of great benefit. We are not too serious, and don't expect a huge piece, but are looking for a professional looking job. We play rock music, and would like to have a unique logo, it's quite a simple job. Can just email/post any work created. Would like to see any other work done by designer to see their style. Thanks.
