I am looking for someone to design 4 animated web banners for my new website. The web banners will be exactly the same however be 4 different gradient colours. The company is and IT support company and we would like the theme to be similar to a 'galaxy' type setting.
The attached is a sample image where where we would like the dots fade in and out but also wave and fade in and out at different times. No writing will be needed on the images.
