Animated hero visual for EdTech SaaS homepage

We're Intelligent Evidence, a SaaS platform for school leaders (EdTech). We need a distinctive hero visual for our homepage — not a stock photo, not a generic "SaaS dashboard" illustration.
The idea: show a real transformation — messy, physical paperwork becoming organised, structured digital evidence — with a subtle secondary nod to reduced stress/workload. We have real reference photos (an actual customer's evidence binders, and a screenshot of our actual product dashboard) for you to work from, so you're not starting from a blank page.
What's included:

Full written brief (attached) covering creative direction, tone (what to avoid), brand colours/type, and technical spec
Real reference images (evidence binders + product dashboard)
Existing logo and icon set

What we need back:

Source design file
Exported static hero visual (SVG preferred)
Optional: animated version (subtle motion — documents settling into place, checkmarks appearing) with a static fallback frame
A short note on your creative rationale

Good fit if you: do illustration-led work rather than template/stock-based design, are comfortable with (or interested in) light motion/animation, and can work from a real, detailed brief rather than needing everything specified for you.
