An Illustration from an aerial photograph for signage

I have a requirement for an illustrator to create a map, similar to the attached in style.

This map will be used on a number of signs to help members of the public orientate themselves.

The signs will be large (likely A0) so the map needs to be of good quality, preferably vector so it remains good quality for print.
