A5 Plaaner

I need a designer to create me a design for a single page in a A5 Planner , i would like to start with 2 different themes aimed at students
First Theme - What did i learn today - sub headings are from reading, from watching, from listening etc
What did i create today - sub heading are from writing, from drawing , recording, photo taken etc

Second Theme -Journal ling What happened today or Thoughts of today , maybe in a cloud or something cool. Colours would be ideally in bright red and blue
