A4 sheet - poem and grayscale picture

Hi,

I am looking to create an A4 sheet that has a poem alongside a grayscale picture from a photo of my wife and our son.

The sheet could have other decoration if you think it appropriate - I would basically like the poem to be framed and looking nice as a gift, but it would be nice to have the picture of them included. I think a photo itself would be too much, so a grayscale type image of the picture would probably work.

I would need this completed in 2-3 days, if possible.
