A very quick logo colour modification

I have a logo, a logo and word-mark, and a word-mark, (i.e. a total of 3 files) in 5 file types (AI, PDF, JPEG, PNG and EPS) all in monochrome.

I need that monochrome changed to a single known colour (RGB or CMYK available) .

I will therefore upload the 3 files in your preferred file type, together with the colour codes and I would like them saved out to the 5 file types. So it will be a total of 15 files.
