A number of icons designed for App/Web use

I need approx 11 icons designing for use in an App and on a website. These must be provided in PNG format, with up to 2 revisions, and final design must also include PSD and AI file.
I will provide the details for said icons, along with the colour scheme of our website/app to ensure fit.
A NDA will be required before any project is started.
Would need to be expedited fairly quickly - by the end of the week for project completion.
