A nailheads design for an upholstered door as on the image

Hi,

My upholsterer is going to upholster 2 doors in leather and then apply a nailhead design to the doors.

I am attaching a sample below to demonstrate how it may look. I am looking to something very similar but maybe not a direct copy, just very slight variations.

When the artwork for the design is agreed, you will need to create an artwork in a full scale for a printed template that then will be used on the door and the upholsterer will apply nails through this template.

The doors dimensions are Height 238 cm Width 48.2 cm

We will break the design into 4-6 sections and print them individually on A3 to a full scale to apply to the door. So you will need to produce a scaled drawing for this design for each section, that can be then printed off on A 3.

The doors are tall and I feel they will need a design very similar to the one attached whether there are 3 sections to break the height - top, middle and bottom. As I said I am happy with this design but don't want to directly copy , so just very small variations are needed.
