A children illustrated book

I am doing a children's illustrated book and need about 14 illustrations . It is a book about dragons and human characters. It will include background. Can you give me an idea of cost for such a project using the artistic style of the first set of photos that you have on your profile. My budget is pretty limited but I saw your stuff and love it so just decided to send this pic. Also can you quote for an image without background of a dragon.
