78 cards tarot deck

I am looking for someone to help me create my tarot deck. I know what I want, it will be translating my designs down onto paper for me. The deck will be a fantasy style of people and animals, please see uploads to see style. I have some cards completed so am looking at 3 lots of 14 cards = 42 cards in total. I will break this down into sets of 7 or 14 cards at a time. Time-wise I will need 1 card a week minimum.
Budget wise I am looking around 20-25USD per card
