3D model drawing

We need a designer who can create a high quality realistic 3D model of tank farm model that in include 12 tanks with roads dyke walls, fire water system with hydrant manifold and an pier area fire boat and water canal we will provide cad file drawing of equipment that must be incorporated into the model.

The designer will need to produce several versions of the models to accommodate different equipment configurations of a mobile fire fighting system. Element such as fire and smoke simulating a tank on fire. Fly through animation video's will need to be created of each different configuration for promotional and proposal applications.

We will provide the designer with all dimensional information plot plans and support throughout. Once suitable candidate has been selected further discussion will be held to discuss expansion of the scope and timeline.
