Simple infographic-style image

Design details: I’m looking for someone to design a simple infographic-style image. The image is for my post on using zinc for acne, found here acneeinstein.com/zinc-for-acne/.
I need an image about a study that compared the effectiveness of minocycline (antibiotic) against zinc supplements in treating acne. The point I want to make is that zinc is a viable alternative to antibiotics when it comes to acne. Here’s the data for the image.
Reduction in total pimple count:
- Minocycline: 67%
- Zinc: 50%
On the page I already have an image I designed myself, but it’s not very good and would like someone to design a better one.
The final deliverable would be a layered PSD file. The total width of the image needs to be at least 1000px. However, my theme displays images at 600px width, so all the pertinent details should be clearly legible at that width.
