Real estate "banner" and "billboard" design

Hey!
Like the title says, i need a design setup for a banner and a billboard.

The banner will be 3m wide and 1,5m in height.
The billboard will be 1,5m wide and 3m in height.

Attached are two images i want included (atleast in the billboard, maybe just one on the banner) and a logo for the company. I want to use the grey logo with the green color for the backgrounds.

The text should be :
- Ferdig hytte fra 2 999 999kr
- www.aamodtbolig.no
- Velg mellom 3 modeller, med mulighet til personlige endringer.
