Professional Quality Illustration from sketch

I'm working on an educational project and I need an illustrator to turn my sketches into professional-quality illustrations.

As the illustrations are for teaching purposes, it is very important that the finished illustration is very close to the sketch in terms of content - ie the teaching point has to be clear. However, I want an illustrator who can add a little bit of style and flair to my originals, and basically make them look much nicer, without losing the point. I need them high res (vector) suitable for reproducing as posters (A3 or A2 size) in the classroom, and also small web-friendly versions. Full colour.

Target age group is primary school children (7-11 years old), but slanted towards the top end of this range, ie not too babyish - not Peppa Pig. I like vintage / retro style imagery (think vintage Ladybird books). Some knowledge of UK children's / educational books and publishing would be an advantage, so you are familiar with the landscape.

I will commission up to 5 illustrators to work on this project; the one(s) whose work I like the best I will ask to do further illustrations. Ultimately, I am looking to produce 100-200 illustrations in the next 6 months, if I find the right illustrator.

The price quoted below (£50) is for one sample illustration. Please select ONE of the sketches below to work up as an illustration. It is important to include the full word in the illustration, as the aim of the illustration is to help a child remember the spelling.
