Need a banner designing - following a previous layout

Design details: Need to have someone design the same image as the one enclosed, but in a more professional look/feel to it.
I will include all images which have been purchased from Shutterstock to create the attached image, without any design faults (as evident on the attached picture).
As it's not much work needed on this - looking for a low cost on this simple task. Please let me know how soon you can get it down by too - but this is not an urgent job!
In the image all women need to be displayed properly - as I've just done a draft mock up of how I would like it to look.
Ideas for the visual style: No need to change from whats already created
