YouTube Thumbnail Design

I need the channel banner + approx 10 thumbnails redesigned. The channel is educational (search Sadia Khaf) so I don't need crazy viral gaming style or extreme kind of thumbnails. I'm looking for someone who can make "appropriately" clickable thumbnails and channel banner. Don't shoot me random offers without a msg explaining what you understand about my channel first. I'm also looking for someone who can make my future thumbnails as my videos come out (2,3 thumbnail variations per video) so if I like your work, my future thumbnails are yours too.
