Yoga A4 poster

Good Afternoon,

I am looking for a really professional PDF 1 sided poster design to encourage Potential Yoga students to book in classes for my Wednesday evening Hatha Yoga. I don't mind if you use stock photography for images etc...

Ideally I would like someone who is fantastic with wording and has a background, knowledge of Yoga and promoting Yoga Studios or independent small business.

The design should be provided in either PSD or pdf format as I will be printing them myself to distribute onto boards in libraries, community centre's.

Ideally borderless designs welcome, but if the right person can suggest a cheap printer then please provide the print ready design, so that I can organise this. Thank you all so much and Namaste. :)
