Wordpress theme customization

We need someone to help us modify our WordPress ( envato) theme to meet our requirements . The website is not live ...it is currently on a local PC (Bitnami) , so please apply only if you are able to do theme modification for us via desk-sharing - Anydesk or Teamviewer.

We are not looking for major modifications . The main modifications we are looking for include - video background , infocircle ....we will give a design document , if required.
