Weekend PDF Design Product + Price – Deadline Monday 5pm UK

I’m looking for a designer to produce a clean, mobile-optimised PDF brochure for a major conference taking place this week. The PDF will be accessed via QR code on printed flyers, so it must be fully readable on a mobile phone without any zooming.

The full brief and all assets are already organised in Trello. I’ll be available on Slack throughout the weekend for quick feedback while you're working.

This project uses repeated page layouts, so once the first templates are set, the remaining pages become very fast to produce.

Project Scope (Approx. 14 Pages Total)

All text, prices and images are provided.

1. Opening Page (1 page)

Minimal design with our logo, the event logo, and a simple header.
Approx. time: 0.5 hour

2. Pricing Pages (6 pages)

One per brand. Clean table format, mobile-friendly, consistent layout.
After the first one is built, the following five are mostly copy-and-adapt.
Approx. time: 3 hours total

3. Brand Feature Pages (6 pages)

Each page uses the same structure:
• Logo
• One lifestyle/product image
• Short text block (supplied)
• Featured product list
Once the first layout is created, the remaining pages follow the same style.
Approx. time: 3.5–4 hours total

4. Closing Page (1 page)

Minimal contact details and CTA.
Approx. time: 0.25 hour

Total Estimated Time:

7.5 to 8 hours (spread across the weekend)

Design Requirements

• Must be fully readable on mobile
• No zooming needed at any point
• Clean, modern, minimal aesthetic
• Consistent layout across all pages
• High legibility for pricing tables
• Lightweight images for fast mobile loading
• Clear CTAs (e.g., “Visit our stand”)
