Weekend Designer Needed: Brochure + Flyers for UK Trade Show

We are a clinical products distributor based in the United Kingdom. We are preparing for an upcoming trade show and need a reliable graphic designer to create a 15-page digital brochure and two printed flyers for one of our brands, OrthoSleeve.

This project is primarily layout-based. All product images, copy, diagrams, borders, colours, and reference layouts will be provided. You won’t need to create new illustrations — the work is to arrange the existing assets cleanly, consistently, and professionally.

The project starts with a 15-page digital PDF brochure. Once the design style is approved, we will move on to:

A4 printed clinic flyer

A5 trade-show counter flyer

The printed flyers must be completed first because they need to be submitted to the printer early next week. The digital brochure can be finished afterwards.

Because of the deadlines, we need someone who is available to work this weekend, with steady communication and regular progress updates. We will provide a clear video walkthrough of the assets, page order, and layout guidance. Frequent screenshots during the design process are essential so we stay aligned and avoid unnecessary revisions.

Breakdown of Deliverables and Estimated Hours
1. Digital Brochure – 15 Pages (Estimated 5–6 hours)

You will:

Build a consistent layout template

Apply borders, spacing, and alignment

Insert product images, copy, and diagrams

Add a cover, contents page, and divider pages

Export a high-resolution PDF

All assets and structure will be provided.

2. A4 Printed Flyer (Estimated 2–2.5 hours)

You will:

Use the brochure’s layout style as the base

Create a clean, professional A4 flyer

Add logos, QR code, and product information

Export a print-ready PDF with bleed

3. A5 Trade-Show Counter Flyer (Estimated 1.5–2 hours)

You will:

Create a bold, simple flyer for display at our exhibition stand

Follow the brochure’s visual style

Add logo and QR code

Export a print-ready PDF with bleed

9–11 hours overall, depending on speed and communication.

A4 & A5 Print Flyers: Tuesday 18 November

Digital Brochure: Thursday 20 November

You must be available this weekend.

$100 fixed for the complete project.
