Web banner designed

I need to get a single banner graphic designed for a new website project. I have the logo + some ideas drawn and also another website that is part of the same project that gives some idea to the feel of what I want.

Basically, the project is for a graphic to be designed to show on our website that will be offering photos taken from the filming of dance shows (we film the shows and now want to offer screen grabs from the productions). So the graphic is to represent a dancer on a TV and that image being "extracted / transferred" to a mobile phone as a photo. The customer will be purchasing digital photos of the show they were in.

The website will be a copy of our sister website: https://view.creative-films.net and the image we want designed will fit in the same place as the main image shown on the page (popcorn with the film reel around it). I would like the new image to have a similar feel to this image (same background, and same "cartoony" feel)
