We need a great Flyer design

We are a Surveying Company that specialises in the Energy Performance Certificate market (real estate). We are looking for a designer to produce a two side postcard (A6) size flyer that will need to be PRINT ready.
We have the text required and our company logo in various formats. Beyond that we are seeking your creativity to finalise the design with the additionl of images for maximum impact. We feel that a UK based designer with expereince of the Estate Agency market (our target audience) will be best places to create this design. Please respond with some relevant examples rather than your whole portfolio. The Text is attached to this brief but we can reduce this to accomodate the limitations of the A6 size.
