Design details: Instructions for the email template.
We require an email template to be used. I am not sure what format we require? We would like the document to populate information that we have saved and this would then be emailed from our company to our suppliers. It seems like a quite simple template and we require two different forms. We will save the template on our email signatures. I have attached the two forms that we require designing and I have attached what we require for each form.
The two templates will need to be used on our email system. We are currently using Microsoft Outlook. We would want to use these as our signatures. The information containing in the two documents will need to be populated to an extent and I have explain in the boxes where this is required? We would like eth document designed like the attached document and we would like boxes like it currently is and I have just drawn up a rough sketch of what we require.
The first document is the title name: Quotation Update:
On the parts boxes we will need to manually put in the figures, however we would like the £ sign set in place. The Price will not need to be totalled on this form.
The visit box will need to be populated with numbers ranging from 1st to 5th like the description then we will select what number is relevant and this will need to stay in the box.
The same applies for additional labour as above.
The trade box will need to contain all the relevant trades below and these will all need to be registered on the template an then we would select the trade and it would then be populated in the box and will remain there.
The second Document is a bit more complexed:
VAT is charged at 20%
We would like it the same as the above document however the title would be Job Completed Update
However we have calculations on this document we would like to add in the Labour rate including Vat and excluding VAT and this would automatically calculate the totals and these will need to remain in the box.
The above figures for parts will be the figures for parts and this will remain at the bottom.
We will also need the same for the box below
