Vintage A3 Poster for Job Advert - first of many

Hello,
I want to create a job advert for A3 poster using the attached job advert. you must be creative with the layout and make it look like a newspaper. I will supply other material for smaller articles within the page like a sub-article as seen on example posters.

There will be other posters being made around 1 or 2 every month.

PLEASE PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF WORK YOU HAVE DONE THAT IS SIMILAR TO THE BRIEF

PLEASE DO NOT post a long list of how amazing you are, how much work you have done or how you will deliver amazingly. Non relevant proposals will simply be deleted.
