Video 3D/ cartoon fashionable & edgy

I own a luxury Italian inspired, UK based menswear fashion brand called Gerland and we are looking to launch our next collection later this year. We are going to have a fashion show in which we want to have an introduction video created to introduce the collection. I have a voice recording which lasts just over 1minute and I need a designer to create a video to go alongside the voice recording, The collection is all about the next generation and I need the video to look edgy, stylish and cool. I am looking for someone with experience creating videos like this and I would be interested to view your portfolio. As a start up brand, our budget is low and I would appreciate your understanding with this. If the video is successful, we would look to maintain a long term working relationship with you going forward.
