Vector graphic required, to recreate a very rare car wheel cap

I require an excellent graphic designer to help me create the artwork (vector file) to recreate a wheel centre cap that's no longer in production. This wheel centre cap was used in early to late 90s Maseratis, including the Ghibli GT.

The goal of this project is to have artwork that can be used to print the stickers for the centre caps. I've attached some pictures and dimensions for your reference. The vector file must be an exact copy of the original. Colours, dimensions, everything. I want them to look like original Maserati parts.

As you can see, the background is a light metallic grey, almost silver, the Maserati trident is in a navy blue (not metallic) and the trident is edged in a bright chrome effect. Don't worry about the chrome outer edge of the cap, this is part of the wheel centre cap itself and not part of the sticker. I do not have specific CMYK or RGB values, so you will have to sample the colours from the pictures.

Can you help me by creating the necessary artwork, so I can recreate these rare wheel centre caps?
