Urgent graphic design / PDF editing job needed today

Hi,

I’m looking for someone with strong graphic design/layout skills to help with a small but urgent project, ideally completed today. It is for my dad’s birthday, which is today, so timing is important.

I have a scanned PDF of the front page of a 1946 newspaper. As a birthday gift, I would like to insert a short fictional “family news” article into one of the existing newspaper columns. The text is already written.

I need the added article to look naturally integrated into the original newspaper page, including:

fitting neatly within the boundaries of an existing article column
headline and body text styled to closely match the surrounding newspaper typography
greyscale only, not sepia
realistically blended into the scan, so it does not look like a modern overlay or text box
returned as a printable PDF, ideally with a high-resolution image version as well

This should be a straightforward job for someone experienced with Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, or similar software.

I can provide the original newspaper PDF, the article text, and a rough mock-up showing the intended placement.
