Urgent Final layout: Luxe A2 Botanical GardenMap leaflet/handout

My client has incredible botanical gardens in their estate home. They have regular visitors that come to see the gardens and need a beautiful map handout as they walk around the grounds.

I am at the very final stages and need help laying out the map illustration, key, copy, logo and hand drawn illustrations onto double sided A2.

I have attached a photo of another garden handout that I am trying to recreate - very high end and luxury.

Our one will be A2 size, the attached one is custom size between A2 and A3 - too big for this project

1. The map (will give when project starts) needs to sit in the same position as the attached handout's map, with the key on the left - I really want to copy the look and feel, but with different map style and fonts.

2. The logo will be in the same place as the handout's, give or take. (It's in its final stages but needs putting together - the hand drawn illustration in dropbox link is to replace where the graphic clipart one is currently. I have provided the logo writing as a png to use.)

3. The key is to read:

1. Car Park
2. Entrance
3. Tennis Court
4. Martagon Lily Walk
5. Sunken Garden
6. Obelisk Lawn
7. Kitchen Garden
8. Loos
9. Orchard
10. Sorbarium

Lorem ipsum needed for now underneath each one, until I have written the copy (exactly the same as the attached handout)

4. On the reverse, I need help laying out the copy (attached) in a beautiful / stylish way, so people will enjoy reading about the gardens. I have lots of hand drawn illustrations to scatter around, and help break it up. (dropbox link will be provided)

5. The hand drawn border (dropbox link) to needs to run around both sides of the handout, to frame it.

6. The copy font is Cormorant Garamond Light and the supporting / second font is Halium (not used very much, just if needed.) and in navy #1c1243
