Urdu text from PDF to editable document

I have a PDF in with Urdu text.
I need this text in an editable format in order to use the same text on a new leaflet design.

So the job involves…

Find a suitable font for Urdu. I will need use of this font so it needs to be a free one or one that I can use your license for.

Copy the text from the PDF. This is most likely to be by hand, not just copy and paste. The final text needs to be the same as the original. I don't speak Urdu and so I will check this visually.

Send the final document to me, together with the font you have used.

Ideally the document will be InDesign, but a Word or a Text document will be acceptable, providing the text reads exactly as the original, I can have the Urdu font being used and I can copy and paste this Urdu text into InDesign.

I can then copy and paste this text into the new layout for the leaflet.

There is some English and graphics in the PDF. I am not interested in these, only the Urdu text.
