Two professional documents (Plotted Map)

We requirena graphic designer to do 2 professional documents which will consist of a plotted map. The design must be a very professional finish, and is required by Monday morning 9am UK time. I have all the data and have done a rough design, but needs a professional finish. I attach an example of the type of documents I need for reference.

Doc 1 . The first page will be the map and second page will be some data to go into some tables, or other professionally laid out system.

Doc 2. Similar map and diagram, but with some links on it and maybe some boxes to explain things. The second page a list of companies with descriptions laid out professionally.

The finish needs to look very professional.
