Two logo for my kids

Hello,
I have two boys who are nicknames bear and rooster.
I would like a stylistic logo designed. Ideally something that looks like a Japanese writing.
A logo that is 7 or 8 single pen strokes that would look like a bear and one that looks like rooster.
I would like the design to be simple with straight lines as much as possible.

1. A bear head/face in profile.
2. A rooster head/face in profile. (without a prominent wattle)

I would like the images to be stylized so the boys can sketch them.
So more a representation of rooster/bear than an exact copy.
Something like the kukiri brand symbol was my inspiration for the idea,
