Tri fold leaflet

need a tri fold leaflet design for a substance use charity. Outline is there with maybe some image generation required but just need it to look more professional. Will need it delivered in a format where printers can edit and adjust.

Old leaflet is attached plus 2 versions of new draft leaflet for you to improve/advise on. Writing and basic layout is correct in pages 1 and 2... 3 and 4 was just a design idea we had using company branding colours but accessibility /readability is important so dont go mad. appealing but clean is I suppose the aim.

Need to be high on accessibility and readability
Front page keep same image and text but not necessarily design
want space for small QR code in bottom right of front page
not keen on map on back page but was best i could do... if you can improve it? same with picture choices inside
I dislike the icons for email, phone etc
can provide all organisational logos when accepting
