Invitation for Graphic Designers to Collaborate with Groove Garm
Project Overview: Groove Garm, the home of innovative and trend-setting t-shirts for progressive, house and techno music enthusiasts, is excited to invite talented graphic designers to join us on a unique journey. We are seeking a designer with a deep love for electronic music culture who can help us deliver bold, memorable designs for our customers. This contract is an excellent opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to a brand with a strong presence in the music and fashion scene.
Design Brief:
• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Start Date: December 2024, following preparation in November
• End Date: May 2025
Designer Responsibilities:
• Monthly Deliverables:
o 3 unique, high-quality t-shirt designs each month.
o Designs must be submitted in both AI and vector formats, fully prepared for print.
• Design Alignment:
o A mood board will be provided by Groove Garm, tailored to align with current trends and seasonal themes within progressive, house and techno music culture. This will remain in place as inspiration for the 6 month period.
o Groove Garm aims to ensure each design resonates with our audience while allowing you creative freedom within the specified guidelines.
• Monthly Design Meetings:
o Designers are expected to attend a design meeting each month to discuss the upcoming designs. This meeting will provide valuable insights and direction, helping to ensure your work aligns with Groove Garm’s brand and vision.
Project Timeline:
• Preparation Period: November 2024 – Initial meeting and review of mood board materials for December's designs.
• Design Phase: December 2024 – May 2025, with completed designs due each calendar month.
