Sushi menu modification

I need a graphic designer to help me to redesign the sushi menu.
I have the previous menu design file include all the word and picture, please see the attachment. I have AI and PDF file can send to you later.
We need to change the leaflet size from 297*167mm to A4, change the four panel to three panels, and a few detail change on the cover.
I need someone can do it quickly.
