Im looking at building a mezzanine floor in my commercial unit but have been instructed by my local authority that I need to supply structural engineer design calculations and also architect drawings showing fire safety measures inc: all placements of required/supplied fire call points/emergency lighting and smoke detectors.

I have attached a drawing of the mezzanine thats going in place.
