Sticker design and a company logo.

@due to the communication that may be required I am restricting to UK residents.
There are two designs I want, the first is the logo for the name of the company and the second is I want a sticker designed that has to be very engaging both graphically and through the concise wording. It needs to grab peoples attention to lead them to san on the QR code.
You can see the sticker design that is attached, this is a locating sticker. When an item is lost, the sticker which is adhered to the item is scanned by a third party's phone and is directed to call the owner and organises the item's safe return. 67% of all lost items are never recovered, using this sticker we can achieve close to or 100% and all for just for £2.50 per sticker, a very cheap insurance policy.
The sticker just needs to crab their attention to scan and be directed to either a website or a video. I just gave you the background to give you a feel.
