Social Media Graphics & Poster for Comedy Event

We are looking for a creative designer to support the promotion of a one-off comedy event in New York this October. The performer is Tim Oliver – widely recognised as the world’s leading Ricky Gervais lookalike – who will be appearing at the Broadway Comedy Club in a show filmed for a special in development with Netflix and other major streaming platforms.

We need someone to quickly turn around engaging, professional assets that can be used across our social media, press, and ticketing platforms.

What’s Required:
Eye-catching social media graphics formatted for Facebook, Instagram and X (posts + stories)
A poster (print-ready and digital versions)
Eventbrite/online event listing artwork

Variations of artwork resized and optimised for different platforms

Creative suggestions on anything else you feel would help us promote the event (e.g. animated reels, countdown graphics, digital flyers)

What We’ll Provide:
Copy/text for graphics
Logos and branding
Photos of Tim Oliver

Press release and fact sheet for context

Deliverables:
Poster (A4 and social-friendly portrait version)
At least 5–6 static graphics for social (different formats for posts and stories)
Assets optimised for Facebook Ads
Editable files (PSD/AI or Canva) so we can make small text updates if needed

Ideal Candidate:
Strong portfolio of event promotion and social media design
Able to turn around quality assets quickly (we are on a tight timeline)
Creative flair with comedy/entertainment experience a bonus
