Sizmek built rich media advert

Looking for someone with recent experience in using Sizmek to build adverts - not html5 and then loaded to sizmek - but built within the system.

full scope of project not yet known but will likely include 1 x MPU and 1 x Billboard - so looking for an hourly rate and examples of previous sizmek adverts.
