Scientific Poster for Conference

I need a designer who has ideally previously done scientific posters for conferences. Usually has a introduction, methods, results, discussion and references section. However, ideally someone who will play around with where to put each section, and include some graphic which we can discuss e.g. photograph of the molecule, table, flow chart. I have uploaded what it generally should look like.
