Schematic and PDB Design

I am working on creating my own child's toy similar to a tamagotchi! I already have a lot of the code finished but now I would love to make a development kit that I can run my code on. Right now I have an Arduino (https://www.adafruit.com/product/4000) hooked up to a TFT screen and three push buttons and it has worked well so far but I would love to make something more stable.

I would need it to:
- Be able to load CircuitPython as the bootloader via USB
- Update the code via USB
- Have a chargeable batter
- SAMD chip
- Three push buttons
- 7mm buzzer
- ESP32
- A "reset" button that will reboot the device
- Some FRAM so I can store the game's state even if it is rebooted

I would need the schematics and PCB design so I can take it to a manufacturer and get maybe 10 units made for testing! I am happy to work with you on picking parts as needed.

Do you think you could help me with this? I attached a file of the type of final product I am going for and of my current prototype that I made with the Arduino.
