Luis was very careful in each step of the project regardless the time. He was very patience about my requests and last minute changes, very fast to produce schematic and Bom, once we agreed on the design. But expecially he was able to explain complex aspects in a easier way I could understand, making me part of the project despite my limited knowledge.
