Resizing of Affiliate Banners

We have existing designs already but we need images being resized into a number of set sizes for affiliate packs:

We need 5x images sized accordingly for each size below - so 25 images in total to be resized:

728x90 pixels
300x250 pixels
300x6t00 pixels
300x50 pixels
300x100 pixels

Note - each final image is required to be crystal clear (no distortion / strtech / blur) and preferably with no white outside space / or very minimal.< 15% worst case total.

Note - we ONLY have the sources files in .png format!!

Please give price and timescales to complete all.
