Remove background

I need a graphic designer with crazy good cleanup skills. I bought images from istock photo, but need the solid background removed. I tried, but the person still has a "halo" that doesn't look good when I put the image on a different background. So...I need these images edited to have completely transparent backgrounds. Right now, I have three images that require this background removal and may have a few more in the near future.
