Refresh a report using Canva

I need someone to work with me on Canva to refresh/reimagine the attached (very simple) 6 page report, with specific emphasis on the layout and presentation of the data within the report. The report currently only contains 7 tables and one dial gauge. It is boring to look at and confusing due to the overuse of colour.

Report purpose
The report is presented at the end of a training course to show the change in individuals and overall as viewed by people they work with. It is presented to senior managers within a company and needs to be clean, impactful and easily understood.

We want to move away as much as possible from using numbers to using colours/scale/positioning appropriately to show relative differences between the data. However the use of colour at the moment is overwhelming in the tables and is actually very poorly designed (we did it in a hurry!!).

There is currently no Cover Page. We do not need a work of art for the Cover page, and it should be considered as the final part of the project. It needs to be able to incorporate two logos (our logo and client logo - repeated in the headers through the report) and appropriate text (name and date of report etc).

The significant changes to the data are:

1) That the table in page 5 only has the Change in Behaviour column (Pulse Scores and Original Scores are removed), and the table in page 6 only has the Common Observers column

2) The response scale items (scoring), will still remain at six, but will move to focus on improvement rather than absolute ability.

3) We will be adding a Sentiment Analysis section at the end. This is basically a text list but with some colour added to identify the sentiment of the text and themes within the text.

I want someone with a proven track record in Data Visualisation and/or Infographics that can communicate perfectly in English. It would be great if your English is good enough to chat on Skype or similar as this gets things done much quicker.

You must have a Canva Pro account so that we can easily share and use the advanced features.
