Redesign of a set of three pullup banners (InDesign)

I have a set of three pullup banners for a charity event - an annual young bellringers contest. I designed them myself on InDesign but I'm not a designer, so I'm looking for someone to give them a professionally creative redesign. The target is teenagers and adult tourists, so while it's child-related it doesn't need to be childish or lurid.

I can supply the current InDesign file, a library of logos, and 20-30 images from which I'm expecting you to only use a handful. The image attribution detail can be ignored - I can fill that in later. There are two brands that should be acknowledged - primarily the main event brand, and secondarily the company behind the event - but each has several logo options.
