Redesign a double sided A3 document in line with an example

Information for the business: freelance copywriter
Design details: i have a double sided A3 document that has been designed for me by a family friend who is a designer, but i am not that happy with it. I like the basic design but want it to look cleaner and more stylish. It will be printed double sided and folded so that more information is revealed as it is opened out. It includes text, some images of example work and a word cloud that needs some attention to make more attractive.
Target audience: professional creative people
Content on the front/back side and body: text, photos and word cloud
Ideas for the visual style: clean and stylish
Preferred colors: turquoise, grey, orange accents (but feel free to make better!)
Extra notes: not a complete redesign, just some improvement needed
