Real estate billboard design

I need a billboard designed for printing. The style should be modern but elegant to match the style of the villa.

Provided material:
-Document with text to be included.
-A PDF with some of the designs that I have rejected.
-A jpg image entitled "Billboard" so that you understand roughly where each image should go and the size of each element. This needs to be amended so that the whole sign looks harmonious and balanced (but not symmetrical).
-A suggested colour palette (teal green with gold lettering).
-The images that I would like to include in the sign.

Some of the images are low resolution, so you can make them smaller --the sign will be 3 metres by 2 metres. However, you should keep the image of the villa at dusk (that you can see on the top left corner) and the tropical beach roughly the same as in the "Billboard" images as they are the most eye-catching.
The images can be flipped but not cropped as I want my designs to be seen to their best advantage.
The map of the plots can be an insert superimposed on the top left corner of the image of the ocean, but with some sort of frame around it to make it stand out.
