Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need a PCB Electronics designer who is familiar with the Raspberry Pi, to design a custom HAT to my specification.
All I need is the PCB design in Eagle format, with a list of components and list of what's connected to each GPIO pin.
See attached document for more detail (list of parts I need connecting etc...)
The really key thing I need is the power to the Pi needs to be turned on with 1 push switch, and when pressed again does a soft reset of the Pi and then turns the power completely off. With ONE push switch.
Also note this HAT needs to fit specifically onto a Raspberry Pi 3 A+
The Raspberry Pi HAT also needs to:
1. Connect directly to the GPIO Header pins on a Raspberry Pi 3 A+ from the top
2. Mounting holes for the HAT need to match the Pi
3. The board needs to be as small as possible, ideally 56mm x 65mm. Maximum of 56mm x 160mm
4. Provide power to the Pi
5. Provide additional power to 2 x Micro Servos
6. Micro servo's to be powered from PCA9685 chip and controlled from the Pi
7. Connect 2 x Infrared LED's need the ability to be switched on/off from the GPIO pins
8. The Infrared LED's when switched on from the Pi need to turn on if it's dark
9. Connect 2 x Reed Switches which are controlled from the Pi
10. Connect 1 x Power LED (Green)
11. Connect 1 x Low Battery LED (Red)
12. Connect 1 x Program running LED (Blue), controlled from the Pi
13. Uses DC mains input for power and battery charging
14. Uses the battery if no DC mains power
15. Turns the power on and off and a safe shutdown of the Raspberry Pi using a single push switch
16. The HAT needs all the connections for the components described as above, with appropriate resistors/additional components
17. The PCB needs all the correct track widths to manage the current efficiently
18. An Eagle file needs to be provided with a components list
19. I need to know what GPIO pins components are wired too
